WICKFORD, RI — A Cranston man was arrested on a charge of possession of child pornography on April 9, 2026.
Timothy M. Nabozny, 45, of Cranston, was taken into custody by members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Nabozny was processed at the Wickford Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court.
He was arraigned before Magistrate Joseph P. Ippolito, where bail was set at $5,000 with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors, as well as limited internet access.
Nabozny was held as a Superior Court violator.
