Man cited for disorderly conduct in Sharon

SHARON, VT — A Tunbridge man was cited for disorderly conduct after allegedly using his vehicle to block traffic on White Brook Road.

Vermont State Police troopers from the Royalton Barracks began investigating a citizen dispute on White Brook Road at approximately 4:43 p.m. April 7, 2026.

The investigation revealed that Richard Moses Jr., 58, of Tunbridge, engaged in disorderly conduct when he used his vehicle to purposefully block the flow of traffic on the roadway, police said.

Moses was issued a criminal citation on April 8, 2026.

He is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court-Windsor Criminal Division on May 26, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
