EDWARDS, NY — New York State Police are searching for a missing vulnerable adult from Gouverneur.
Clyde L. Warriner, 80, was last seen Saturday at approximately 12:30 p.m. leaving a funeral service in Edwards.
Warriner is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 250 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes.
His clothing at the time of his disappearance is unknown.
He is believed to be operating a 2023 red Hyundai Elantra, bearing New York State registration LET2000.
Investigators believe Warriner may be in or near his vehicle and traveling throughout the Russell and Pierrepont areas.
He is considered a vulnerable adult due to medical conditions and may be in need of assistance.
State Police have conducted patrols in the surrounding areas and continue to actively follow up on leads.
The New York State Police are asking residents in the area to check their properties, outbuildings, and vehicles for any signs of Warriner or his vehicle.
