MIDDLETOWN, PA — Lower Swatara Township Police have issued a warrant for a Palmyra man accused of assaulting someone at a warehouse on Fulling Mill Road.
Jose Roque, 42, is wanted on charges of simple assault, harassment, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Police were dispatched to the Schneider Electric Warehouse at 201 Fulling Mill Road at approximately 7:27 a.m. on April 1 for a reported assault.
Officers interviewed several victims and witnesses who said Roque had shown up to the warehouse looking for his ex-girlfriend.
The two got into a domestic dispute on the property, according to police.
Several co-workers saw the dispute and attempted to intervene.
Police said Roque then assaulted an individual who was trying to break up the fight and fled the scene, crashing through the security gate in the process.
Roque had previously worked at Schneider Electric but was previously terminated, police said.
Roque has failed to turn himself in and a warrant for his arrest was issued on April 6.
Roque is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
