Man charged with evidence tampering in Lower Windsor Township

LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — An 18-year-old man faces charges including evidence tampering following a traffic incident last month.

Beau Andrew Marsden, of Wrightsville, was charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a second-degree misdemeanor, according to Lower Windsor Township Police Department.

The incident occurred on March 16 at approximately 10:34 a.m. in the areas of Riverview Drive and Pleasant Hill Road.

Marsden also faces two summary counts of accident damage to an unattended vehicle or property, along with summary charges of reckless driving and improper use of a learner’s permit.

An officer with the department filed charges against Marsden on March 30 at Magisterial District Judge Fishel’s office.

A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
