PALMYRA, PA — A man faces multiple charges following a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of East Broad Street and North Lincoln Street.
Joseph Shallcross Webb IV, 50, of Pennsylvania, was identified as the driver of the striking vehicle.
Officers were dispatched to the scene at 8:26 p.m. on March 19, 2026.
Webb was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, duty to give information and render aid, and careless driving.
The charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Warner’s Office.
The incident occurred in the 200 block of East Broad Street.
