WINDSOR, PA — A man faces driving under the influence and drug charges following a February traffic incident.
Derek Turk Fleagle, 45, of Pennsylvania, was involved in a traffic incident in the 700 block of Taylor Road on Feb. 27, 2026, at approximately 5:57 p.m.
He was arrested on suspicion of DUI at the scene.
After receiving toxicology results, Fleagle was formally charged on March 30, 2026, with DUI controlled substance, DUI general impairment/incapable of driving safely, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.
