19 arrested in Fulton County

JOHNSTOWN, NY — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office made 19 arrests and handled 190 incidents between Feb. 9 and Feb. 15.

Steven O. Gardner, 40, was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with strangulation in the second degree, a class D felony.

Theodore B. Miller, 52, was charged in the Town of Oppenheim Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Eli W. Stapleton, 33, was charged in the City of Johnstown Court with promoting prison contraband in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Charles D. Gray III, 37, was charged in the Town of Mayfield Court with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, a class A misdemeanor.

Matthew A. Gonzalez, 35, was arrested on warrants out of Town of Broadalbin Court and City of Johnstown Court.

Hunter K. Loccia, 33, was charged in the Town of Ephratah Court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Joshua W. Preston, 41, was charged in the City of Johnstown Court with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, both class B felonies, and was arrested on a warrant out of City of Johnstown Court.

Ryan G. Nunziata, 29, was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Dennis D. Myers, 47, was charged in the Town of Mayfield Court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, a class E felony, and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Angela M. Grant, 63, was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with five counts of petit larceny, all class A misdemeanors.

Amanda R. VanAllen, 47, was charged in the Town of Mayfield Court with assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Terry J. Hogan, 46, was arrested on a warrant out of Town of Johnstown Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Fred M. Frascatore, 72, was charged in the Town of Broadalbin Court with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated first offense, an unclassified misdemeanor.

The incidents handled by the sheriff’s office included six animal complaints, two disorderly conducts, five domestic violence complaints, 21 motor vehicle accidents, 44 traffic stops and five welfare checks.
