WATERFORD, VT — A Montgomery Ctr man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 93 North on April 3, 2026.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were notified of the crash near mile marker 3 at approximately 10:16 p.m.
Upon arrival, troopers located a 2025 Subaru Legacy operated by David C. Przybycien, 24, of Montgomery Ctr.
While speaking with Przybycien, troopers detected indicators of impairment.
Przybycien was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
The vehicle was totaled in the crash.
Przybycien was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division and released.
He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was not injured.
Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the incident.
