MIDDLETOWN, CT — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on felony charges related to identity theft and bank fraud.
Juliet B. Ornstein, 55, is wanted on an active arrest warrant for identity theft in the first degree, larceny in the second degree and forgery in the second degree.
Police said Ornstein is suspected of using a stolen identity to make a large withdrawal from a local bank.
Investigators believe she may be traveling along the East Coast and could be involved in similar incidents.
