PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a man who has not been seen since Saturday afternoon.
Emmanuel Posada, 39, of Philadelphia, was last observed leaving his residence on March 29 at approximately 1 p.m. and has not returned home, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
He is known to frequent the area of 5th and Cambria streets.
Posada is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black crew cut-length hair.
He was last seen wearing a burgundy hoodie with gray sleeves, blue jeans and tan boots.
