WATERBURY, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a local man on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, violating conditions of release and making false reports to law enforcement.
Travis Green, 45, of Waterbury, was taken into custody April 2 following an investigation that began the previous day.
Police received a report of an abuse prevention order violation at 5:23 p.m. April 1.
Investigation revealed Green allegedly violated court-ordered conditions of release and an abuse prevention order.
While police attempted to locate Green, he allegedly provided false information to law enforcement.
Green was located April 2 and taken into custody.
He was brought to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Green was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court-Washington Criminal Division.
He was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Complex for lack of bail.
