METHUEN, MA — A man was arrested and charged with drug trafficking following an investigation by the Methuen Police Street Crimes Unit on April 2, 2026.
Santo Domingo Vizcaino, 27, was arrested in the Sycamore Street and Stadium Road area after police conducted an investigation into suspected street-level drug activity.
Vizcaino was charged with trafficking in fentanyl (36 grams or more) and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.
At the time of his arrest, police said Vizcaino was found in possession of 36 grams of powdered fentanyl, 13 grams of fentanyl pills and 12.3 grams of crack cocaine.
