CARLISLE, PA — Middlesex Township Police arrested a Pennsylvania man at a gas station on Harrisburg Pike on April 2, 2026, on outstanding warrants.
Ryan Barge, 39, of Pennsylvania, was taken to Cumberland County Booking Center following his apprehension.
During the booking process, police say Barge attempted to dispose of suspected methamphetamine he had hidden in his sock.
Barge was charged with introducing contraband into a correctional facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned on the charges.
