LANDISVILLE, PA — A Lancaster man faces driving under the influence charges following a single-vehicle crash earlier this month.
Joseph Allen Suggs, 38, of Lancaster, was charged March 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol and several summary traffic violations.
The charges stem from a crash that occurred March 15 at 12:02 a.m. in the 2400 block of Harrisburg Pike.
Police also responded to several other incidents in the area during the reporting period.
On March 26, two unidentified females stole multiple perfumes from CVS at 630 Centerville Road at 1 p.m., filling their bags and leaving without payment.
The total estimated loss was $2,435.01.
A 17-year-old female from Lancaster was cited March 27 with purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, stemming from an incident March 16 at 1:20 a.m. at Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Road.
Daniel Vincent Burkhart, 45, who is homeless, was cited with public drunkenness March 28 following a vagrancy call at Columbia Diner, 1725 Columbia Avenue, at 5:57 a.m.
Marcus Paul Taczanowsky, 46, of Lancaster, was arrested March 28 at 11:16 p.m. and charged with terroristic threats and harassment following a domestic incident in the 100 block of Treetops Drive.
He was transported to Lancaster County Prison.
Jaidyn Allen Stephens-Martinez, 21, of Lancaster, was charged March 29 with eight counts of retail theft stemming from incidents at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Road, between March 12 and March 23.
Police allege Stephens-Martinez used self-checkout registers to pay for some items while bagging others without payment.
The total estimated loss was $170.17.
Kiara Marie Elvir, 30, of Lancaster, was charged March 30 with abuse of care dependent person stemming from an incident March 16 at Magnolias of Lancaster, 1870 Rohrerstown Road.
A 15-year-old male from Lancaster was cited with harassment March 31 following a disturbance in the 2400 block of Spring Water Circle at 6:55 a.m.
A 13-year-old male student from Lancaster was charged March 31 with possession of weapon on school property and use of tobacco in schools prohibited, stemming from an incident March 25 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Drive.
Joshua E. Clinger, 36, of East Petersburg, was cited April 1 with disorderly conduct and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a road rage incident March 25 in the 2600 block of Marietta Avenue.
