CARLISLE, PA — A man faces charges after police say he left a special needs child alone in a running vehicle while he drank inside a bar.
Arsenio Morales, 33, of Pennsylvania, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and driving while his operating privilege was suspended for a DUI-related offense.
Middlesex Township Police were called to the parking lot of a bar at 1243 Harrisburg Pike on Sunday to check on a vehicle in reference to a traffic-related complaint on Interstate 81.
Officers observed a juvenile special needs female left alone in Morales’ running, unlocked vehicle, according to police.
Morales was located inside the bar drinking while his daughter was left alone in the vehicle, police said.
