MIDDLETOWN, PA — Lower Swatara Township Police responded to a reported assault at the Schneider Electric Warehouse on Fulling Mill Road on April 1 at approximately 7:27 a.m.
Officers investigated the incident and interviewed several victims and witnesses.
Police allege that Jose Roque, 42, of Palmyra, arrived at the warehouse looking for his ex-girlfriend.
The two got into a domestic dispute on the property, according to police.
Several co-workers witnessed the dispute and attempted to intervene.
Roque allegedly assaulted an individual who was trying to break up the fight and then fled the scene.
Police say Roque crashed through the security gate while fleeing.
Roque had previously worked at Schneider Electric but was terminated, according to police.
Roque has been charged with harassment, simple assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
