BUFFALO, NY — Erie County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Buffalo man after seizing cocaine, methamphetamine pills and an illegal amount of marijuana from a city apartment.
Robert Graham, 37, of Buffalo, was taken into custody without incident during a traffic stop on March 31.
Deputies executed search warrants for multiple addresses and vehicles in Buffalo as part of an investigation by the Narcotics and Intelligence Unit.
The search resulted in the seizure of approximately 1.5 pounds of cocaine, nearly one pound of compressed methamphetamine pills and approximately 30 pounds of marijuana from a residence on Mendola Avenue.
Deputies also seized U.S. currency and high-end jewelry.
Homeland Security Investigations and the Buffalo Police Department Intelligence Unit assisted in the investigation.
Graham was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree criminal possession of cannabis and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
He is being held at the Erie County Holding Center.
