PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — Three Philadelphia men have been arrested in connection with a series of burglaries that resulted in nearly $400,000 in losses to a Plymouth Township business.

Plymouth Township Police initiated an investigation in August after copper wire was stolen from Infrasource at 1027 Conshohocken Road.

Police said multiple offenders gained entry to the property on multiple dates during overnight hours by breaching locked gates and perimeter fences to access high-value wire inside.

The offenders spent hours cutting wire from spools, loading it into vehicles and selling it to scrap yards in the region, according to police.

Receipts obtained from scrap yards revealed the offenders received nearly $50,000 in proceeds from more than 15,000 pounds of stolen wire.

Edgardo Albandoz, 26, of Philadelphia, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with corrupt organizations, dealing in unlawful proceeds, burglary, criminal trespass, theft and related offenses.

Yozuet Pagan, 21, of Philadelphia, was arrested March 2 and faces the same charges.

Marc Champagne, 36, of Philadelphia, was arrested March 1 and faces the same charges.

All three were released on $25,000 unsecured bail and have preliminary hearings scheduled for April 21 at 12:30 p.m.

Two additional suspects, Osiris Beko Ra Jones, 38, of Philadelphia, and Derrick Rowland, 34, of Philadelphia, are wanted on active arrest warrants on the same charges.

Police said the Criminal Investigations Division continues to pursue leads on additional suspects involved in the criminal organization.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jones or Rowland is asked to call Plymouth Township Police at 610-279-1901 or email tips to [email protected].
