BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a woman wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Olivia B. Kellogg is wanted on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and obstructing governmental administration.
Kellogg, a white female, is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last known to frequent the Rush Avenue area of Binghamton.
