Man arrested on warrant in Watkins Glen

WATKINS GLEN, NY — Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies and New York State Police arrested a man on an active warrant March 30.

Raymond W. Perry, 32, of Watkins Glen, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. on Beach Road.

Perry was wanted on a warrant issued by the Town of Starkey on charges of criminal contempt in the first degree, aggravated family offense and harassment in the second degree.

The warrant stemmed from an investigation into an order of protection violation that occurred in the Village of Dundee on March 24.

Perry was transported to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
