CLIFTON PARK, NY — A Massachusetts man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with first-degree sexual abuse.
Pedro J. Perez-Vasquez Jr., 38, of Beverly, Massachusetts, is accused of subjecting another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion on June 22, 2025, at a hotel in Clifton Park.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest on a warrant issued by Clifton Park Town Court.
Perez-Vasquez was arraigned before Judge Robert A. Rybak in Clifton Park Town Court.
He was released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
First-degree sexual abuse is a class D felony.
