ORISKANY FALLS, NY — A Town of Augusta man was arrested following a domestic incident investigation.
Road Patrol Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the Village of Oriskany Falls on March 29, 2026, for a domestic incident, according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Upon completion of the investigation, deputies arrested Derek E. Streeter, 24, of Town of Augusta.
Streeter was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a Class A misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Streeter was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building and arraigned in CAP court.
He was later released on his own recognizance.
