PENN YAN, NY — Police arrested a juvenile following a report of a physical domestic incident at a residence in the village.
The juvenile allegedly caused physical injury to another resident of his household under the age of 17 during a physical altercation.
The juvenile was charged with one count of assault in the third degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors.
Both the juvenile and his father were given appearance tickets to appear at Yates County Probation at a later date.
