ALBURGH, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a domestic assault early Sunday morning.
Peter Chappelow, 46, of Alburgh, was accused of assaulting a family member, according to police.
The incident was reported at 12:13 a.m. March 28, 2026.
Police said an investigation determined Chappelow assaulted a family member.
Chappelow was cited on charges of domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services.
He was released on a citation to appear in Grand Isle County Superior Court on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1 p.m.
