Man charged with grand larceny, forgery in Albion

ALBION, NY — The Albion Police Department charged Alvin Morales on Moore Street on Feb. 28 with grand larceny in the third degree, forgery in the second degree and possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.

On March 4, police charged Jaquess Harrison on East Bank Street with criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment in the second degree.

On March 5, police charged Tommy Neff on North Clinton Street with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle without insurance and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle.

On March 6, police charged Dylan Bilicki on North Clinton Street with operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration and inadequate headlights.

On March 10, police charged Lucas Porter on East Avenue with criminal contempt in the second degree.

On March 10, police charged Donna Argetsinger on East Avenue with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, circumvent interlock device and no license plate or one license plate.

On March 10, police charged Michael Coley on North Main Street with harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct.

On March 14, police charged Zachary Monagan on Oak Orchard Road in the Town of Gaines with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

On March 14, police charged David Diaz Jr. on North Main Street with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and failure to yield the right of way for an emergency vehicle.

On March 15, police charged Dawn Read on Platt Street with resisting arrest on a bench warrant out of the Town of Albion Court.

On March 15, police charged Ronald Croft on East State Street with harassment in the second degree.
