BALLSTON, NY — A Ballston Lake man was arrested on multiple charges following a welfare check Thursday evening.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1018 State Route 50 at 8:30 p.m.
Brent M. Coffey, 34, of Ballston Lake, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree.
Coffey is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18%.
His driver’s license was allegedly revoked at the time due to a previous DWI conviction.
Coffey was also charged with consuming an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle on a public highway.
He was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Ballston Town Court.
