CORINTH, NY — A Waterford woman was arrested Thursday on a felony burglary charge following an investigation into a break-in earlier this month.

Deniz E. Civay, 44, of Waterford, was charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary complaint on Old River Road on March 11.

Civay is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully in a dwelling with intent to commit a crime therein.

She was arraigned before the Honorable Michael T. Woodcock in Corinth Town Court.
