PALMYRA, PA — A woman was arrested following a domestic disturbance on South Forge Road on March 25, 2026.
Police on patrol observed an active domestic disturbance in the 100 block of South Forge Road at 9:12 a.m.
April Rae Knoche, 29, of Pennsylvania, was identified as one of the subjects involved in the incident.
Police determined that Knoche assaulted the victim, causing injuries.
Knoche was arrested on charges of simple assault – domestic violence and harassment.
She was transported to Lebanon County Booking.
Knoche was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
