PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 25-year-old woman last seen early Tuesday morning in the city’s northwest section.
Khanifah Pannell was last seen at 1 a.m. Tuesday on the 45xx block of N Bouvier Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division.
Pannell is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with a thin build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black Nike T-shirt with multi-colors and tan sweatpants.
