BREWSTER, NY — New York State Police are searching for a suspect who fled from the Brewster barracks Friday afternoon.
Julio C. Sosa, 29, of Bronx, escaped from custody at approximately 4 p.m., according to State Police Troop K.
Sosa was being held on a nonviolent larceny charge.
He was last seen wearing all black clothing with a hot pink coat.
State Police said there is no known threat to the public at this time.
