LINCOLN, RI — Police arrested a Cumberland man on multiple illegal dumping charges following an investigation along Moshassuck Valley Industrial Highway.
Carlos Molina Munera, 44, of Cumberland, was taken into custody outside his residence after police identified him through surveillance footage.
The Lincoln Police Department Patrol Division and Detective Division began investigating several illegal dumping incidents on March 26, 2026.
Surveillance footage captured a vehicle and one male suspect responsible for the dumping.
Lincoln Police identified Molina Munera with assistance from Central Falls, Cumberland and Pawtucket police departments.
Officers located the suspect vehicle and stopped it outside his residence.
Molina Munera was charged with four counts of illegal dumping under Town Ordinance 164-3.
He was released with a summons to appear at Lincoln Municipal Court on April 9, 2026 at 6 p.m.
