NEW CASTLE, PA — A 25-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested on a warrant stemming from a domestic violence incident on Christmas Day.
Jon Joseph Howell Jr., of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody Friday in another county on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
The New Castle Police Department had been seeking Howell in connection with an incident that occurred at 252 W. Lincoln Ave. on Dec. 25.
A warrant was issued that day by Honorable Melissa A. Amodie.
Howell was arraigned Friday following his arrest.
