PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 13-year-old girl last seen Tuesday evening in the city’s northwest section.
Seaira Benn was last seen at 6:30 p.m. on the 6100 block of Ridge Avenue, according to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division.
She is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, with a heavy build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes and strawberry blonde hair.
Benn was last seen wearing a red dress and a dark colored Old Navy hoodie.
