CHICOPEE, MA — Two people were arrested following the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Volpe Drive on March 26, 2026.
The Chicopee Police Narcotics Unit, in collaboration with the FBI Western Massachusetts Gang Task Force, conducted an investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics from the residence.
Detectives applied for and were granted a search warrant for the address.
Members of the Chicopee Police Department and the task force executed the warrant at the Volpe Drive residence.
Jarrell Mims was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a class B substance (subsequent), possession with intent to distribute a class C substance (subsequent), carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of ammunition without an FID.
Mildred Mims was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a class B substance (subsequent), possession with intent to distribute a class C substance (subsequent) and possession of ammunition without an FID.
