YORK, PA — A Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges following a vehicle accident investigation on Route 30 at Kenneth Road.
Stephen Scott Gilbert, 64, of Pennsylvania, was arrested March 2 at approximately 12:13 p.m. after being involved in a vehicle accident.
Gilbert was initially arrested on suspicion of DUI.
After receiving the toxicology report, Gilbert was formally charged March 21 with two counts of DUI and one traffic violation.
