WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pennsylvania man faces his third DUI charge following a traffic stop Friday.
Reilly Joseph Edwards, 28, of Pennsylvania, was arrested March 21 in the 1400 block of Carlisle Road.
Police charged Edwards with one count of DUI – 3rd offense, one count of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one traffic violation.
Edwards is classified as a Target 25 Offender due to prior DUI convictions.
