WINDSOR, PA — A 35-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges including burglary and assault early Saturday morning.
Joshua Edward Rohrbaugh, of Windsor, was taken into custody at approximately 6:30 a.m. on March 22 by Lower Windsor Township Police Department.
Rohrbaugh faces charges of burglary of overnight accommodations with a person present, simple assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, and criminal mischief-tampering with property.
The incident occurred on Edith Drive in Lower Windsor Township.
Rohrbaugh was transported to Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Judge Fishel’s office.
