EAST STROUDSBURG, PA — Police arrested a 55-year-old man following a reported domestic incident on March 22, 2026.
Officers responded to a residence on Cherry Lane Road at approximately 4:44 p.m. for a report of a physical domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim and learned of a physical altercation that had occurred inside the home.
Officers observed recent injuries to the victim while speaking with her.
Police then spoke with Russell Robert Sieb of East Stroudsburg.
Through the investigation, officers determined that Sieb had assaulted the victim.
Sieb was taken into custody and charged with simple assault and harassment.
