MILFORD, MA — A 15-year-old riding an e-bike lost control and struck a motor vehicle on Wednesday morning near Highland Street.
The Milford Police Department responded to the incident at 6:45 a.m. after the vehicle operator reported the collision.
Officers spoke with the juvenile at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The incident marks the seventh e-bike related incident in Milford in the last ten days.
“We are once again urging our community to educate your children of the significant safety risks to riders and pedestrians if proper laws and safety precautions are not taken,” Milford Chief of Police Robert Tusino said.
“If this trend continues it will unquestionably result in tragedy.”
