LOWER SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA — Lower Swatara Township Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Middletown man following a high-speed pursuit through the area.
Joshua Lugo, 29, is wanted on charges including felony fleeing and eluding, misdemeanor evading arrest, misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person, misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and five additional counts.
The charges stem from a vehicle pursuit through the Borough of Middletown during which Lugo allegedly drove at speeds exceeding 124 mph.
The warrant was issued March 23 by District Magistrate David Judy.
Lugo is described as Hispanic, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
