CAMP HILL, PA — A woman was arrested at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital after allegedly assaulting a police officer.
East Pennsboro Police were dispatched to the hospital at 503 N. 21st St. at 9:40 p.m. March 10, 2026 for an active trespassing complaint.
Officers located the suspect, identified as Aprile Lanae Bates, 45, of Camp Hill.
Bates resisted arrest and kicked an officer in the chest, police said.
She was transported to Cumberland County Prison.
Bates was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and criminal trespass.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
