LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A 23-year-old man faces stalking and harassment charges following an incident on March 6.
Mario Anthony Vega Jr., of York, was charged with stalking by repeatedly communicating to cause fear, harassment by communicating repeatedly in an anonymous manner, and harassment through a course of conduct with no legitimate purpose.
The incident occurred at an address in Lower Windsor Township.
An officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against Vega at District Judge Fishel’s office.
