Man arrested on drug, firearm charges in Topsham

TOPSHAM, ME — A 45-year-old man faces multiple charges following a drug investigation that resulted in the seizure of cocaine, firearms and cash.

Peter Jellison-Bozeman, of Topsham, was arrested on March 24 and charged with aggravated drug trafficking, possession of firearms by a prohibited person and criminal simulation.

Officers from the Topsham Police Department were dispatched to the area of West School House Crossing Road on March 1, 2026, for a reported issue.

During the investigation, officers made contact with several individuals at a residence and became aware of suspected drug activity inside the home.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency responded to assist with the investigation.

Officers seized approximately 57 grams of suspected cocaine base, approximately 7 grams of suspected cocaine, $1,500 in suspected drug proceeds and 14 firearms.

Bail was set at $1,000.
