WINDSOR, PA — A 35-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning following an incident on Edith Drive in Lower Windsor Township.
Joshua Edward Rohrbaugh, of Windsor, was taken into custody at approximately 6:30 a.m. Saturday by an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department.
Rohrbaugh was charged with burglary of overnight accommodations with a person present, simple assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and criminal mischief.
He was transported to Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Judge Fishel’s office.
