YORK, PA — A woman was arrested on two counts of driving under the influence following a vehicle accident investigation on Bannister Street.
Roseann L. Burk, 57, of Pennsylvania, was involved in a vehicle accident at approximately 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 20 and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
After receiving the toxicology report, Burk was charged with two counts of DUI on Feb. 17.
She was arrested on March 13.
