After being processed, Alyasjeen was arraigned before the Town of LaGrange Court and released.

He is due to reappear before the Town of Wappinger Court on April 8 at 5 p.m.

The quantity of vape products seized is thought to be the largest to date in Dutchess County and could result in significant fines and penalties, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, the Dutchess County Department of Health, the Dutchess County Drug Task Force and the New York State Liquor Authority.
