SPENCER, NY — A 21-year-old man was arrested on a harassment charge following a domestic incident investigation.
Shane Stiles, of Spencer, was arrested March 18 on a charge of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a misdemeanor, according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
The charge resulted from an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Spencer.
During the investigation, authorities determined that Stiles communicated threats via phone.
Stiles was arraigned at centralized arraignment part with Justice Bennett and was released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to return to the Town of Spencer court April 16 to appear before Justice Roy.
