EASTON, PA — A man was arrested early Sunday morning after police responded to a 911 hang-up call.
Officers responded to the 2600 block of Lower Way at approximately 2:21 a.m. March 23.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with Gary Conley, 35, of Pennsylvania.
Conley was determined to have an extraditable warrant out of Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
He was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison.
Conley is charged with being a fugitive from justice.
