JAMESTOWN, NY — A man was arrested following a domestic incident on the city’s South side March 20, 2026.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Second Platoon responded to the incident at around 7:07 p.m.
Through investigation, police determined that Angel M. Rosa pinned the victim to the ground, grabbed their neck, and repeatedly struck them.
Rosa was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
He is being held pending arraignment on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
